Different car, different fellow. Import Angel is the ONE which had the car (S15), but didn't offer the gentleman his title.

The other guy is correct. I paid Billy for a bunch of titles.
Billy ripped me off for $5,500 and still has not given me any money back and he avoids my calls/texts/emails.
If it wasn't for Billy, I wouldn't have any problems and none of these hate threads about me would exist.
I offered people to title their cars, and when they gave me money, I gave it to Billy so he would title the cars for me.
But instead he just took the money and kept it for himself.
Billy will get what's coming to him.
